What if my books are behind or disorganized?
That’s a good place to start a conversation. We can review the condition of your records and define a cleanup or catch-up project before moving into ongoing bookkeeping.
Do I have to use QuickBooks Online?
We offer dedicated QuickBooks Online support. If you use another system or spreadsheets, tell us what you’re working with so we can assess the workflow and discuss an appropriate setup.
How is pricing determined?
Monthly packages start at $350 for Essentials, $750 for Growth, and $1,500 for Advisory. Final fees depend on your scope, transaction activity, accounts, and the condition of your records. Cleanup, payroll administration, and software subscriptions are separate from the monthly packages. We agree on the work and pricing before it begins.
Can you prepare my books for my tax professional?
Yes. Cleanup, reconciliations, and organized financial statements help your tax professional work from reliable records. We’ll clarify the bookkeeping scope and coordinate information needs with you.
